Book an STD Test in Chevy Chase, MD

They were closed. I booked two appointments online via Solv and got there just for them to be closed.

This is our primary care facility. We love it from ability to get reasonably prompt appointments to friendly bedside manner, superb staff service, and high-quality care. Dr. Munoz (Ibrahim) is EXCEPTIONAL!.

Easy to book, friendly staff

The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

Staff is friendly. Scheduling and check-in was very straightforward. Not too much wait time. The appointment itself felt rather rushed as it may have seemed like I asked more questions than “necessary” because of an illness I have been dealing with for more than a month. However, I appreciate the general response and recommendations.

All staff were friendly and professional. There was little wait time, was seen at appointment time. Would definitely recommend to others.
