Well what can I say? I almost thought " this is a joke right/they're just testing me". The MA (?) asked me if I knew how much I weighed becuz she didn't wt me. My BP was elevated but she told me it was good. My nose was running but the Nurse Practitioner who was treating me said "sorry but I don't have any tissue" to give you. After "testing me for the flu, they cleared me " & sent me away to pick up some pills (gel tabs) at the pharmacy. Total time the NP spent with me...7 mins max. But when I got my discharge papers it said she spent 20 minutes with me! Oh yeah I had to ASK for discharge papers/instructions!!! Since I felt no relief from the pill , less than 24 hrs later I went to another urgent care. I was diagnosed with acute upper respiratory infection, acute rhinitis & acute cough. They gave me 4 prescriptions and within 24 hrs I was feeling 100% better. So idk.... maybe they were having a bad day or I was dealing with new staff members. At this point NO I would NOT recommend them.

I was a walk-in. There was quite a few people ahead of me. Considering that the time flew by relatively quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dr friendly, thoughtful and professional. I hope I don't have to return for any reason, but it's nice to know this Dr and staff will be there.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I came in at 5pm off the streets in severe pain and Dr. RITTER gave me excellent care and more knowledge in one session than my current Doctor did in 4 months! Think he's great and would recommend all clients in pain to see him. Thanks D.G.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I was feeling faint/weak so when I walked in, the receptionist got me to an exam room immediately. The Dr. and his assistant really listened to me and preformed each test I asked for. Very thorough and great staff. I have come another time when I wasn't feeling well, and would come back again if I don't feel well.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

What a great experience. Easy to check-in and pleasant professional people to take care of you. I had Dr. Eskarous attend to my needs. What a wonderful person and the Dr. Immediately put me a ease. Dr. Eskarous listened carefully to my concerns and then took time to explain what the issue was and what could be done to take care of it. Dr. Eskarous is great. Thank you to all the staff as going to urgent care can be stressful. Everyone at Sand Canyon is cheerful and pleasant.
