I have been feeling sick with Flu/Covid like symptoms.  Walked in to Moderm MD and was welcomed by professional and friendly staff. I will most definitely recommend them for urgent health related issues.

Walked in and was seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Alterno was so knowledgeable and kind, and provided high quality care. The medical assistant was also very competent and sweet throughout the entire process. I left and headed to my pharmacy directly from the appointment and they had already sent my prescription allowing me to pick it up without waiting.

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

Quick experience with a clear diagnosis and next steps for me to take. Appreciate the help!

Staff is always helpful and polite. Dr. B. Fahnrich is and amazing doctor. He has diagnosed conditions that primary care doctors can't.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. The receptionist was very sweet. Honestly, this was the longest wait time I've ever experienced while in an Urgent Care Center. I was asked questions while my vital signs were being taken. That should not happen because talking can alter the actual reading of the blood pressure,  and temperature. The provider did not share that he was an NP until I asked. The flu shot was given well, but no teaching until I asked. This was my first time here, and probably my last at this location.

Appreciated the courtesy of the staff. Since it is Sunday, I'll have to wait till tomorrow for my medication but I'm glad that I went to this Center.
