          The staff was friendly and took the time to listen and help me with my foot injury. While the X-ray did not show anything, the Dr still took time to look over my sore spot and make sure nothing was missed. I appreciate the quality of time they spent with me.           This is going to be my go-to urgent care from now on. The PNP was amazing! She thoroughly explained my daughter’s diagnosis and gave me the peace of mind I need after being worried sick for 3 days. She answered all of my questions and unlike some providers who make you feel rushed this was the complete opposite. She took her time in explaining everything. We got seen yesterday and today my daughter is doing so much better thanks to her medical action plan. Thank you!!

          Front staff were very friendly. Check in was easy. Wait time was minimal. The doctor and nurse were so nice and sweet to our son. They got us in and out in about 15 minutes which included a laceration repair. Would definitely use them again for urgent care needs and would recommend them.

          Every time I go to the Urgent Care for kids in Dallas in the Preston it’s the best service. They greet you right away when you come in and provide you with next steps. The wait time is not long. Once inside the staff continues the great service they hear my concerns for why I brought my child in.  They do all necessary checks for my child’s symptoms they are the best. Thank you.
