Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.

Went to this walk-in clinic for a sore throat. The staff were very helpful and professional.  I would definitely go back again.

Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.

My son woke up with a sore throat. His PCP was available, but not for many hours. The physician at DOCS had availability. She was empathetic, thorough, knowledgeable and insightful.

Everything about the visit was great. The staff was awesome and the Dr. as well. It’s a telehealth visit but more than that. I would definitely recommend the Monroe location.

There were no obstacles keeping me from scheduling an appointment with DOCS. Everything went beautifully well. Great doctor attending to us. Thank you!!!
