Everyone was so kind, professional and prompt. I was really feeling sick when I came but started improving by the next morning, thanks to the wonderful care I received.

Staff was considerate and attentive. Wait time was minimal. The doctor listened to my symptoms and I never felt rushed. I appreciate being able to be seen at a later time of day.  I would definitely recommend this provider.

I got very congested while I was at work and really couldn’t breathe through my nose. I schedule the appointment was able to get one very quickly and received very quickly. The only problem my heart is they called my prescription into the wrong pharmacy and it’s almost 8 PM at night. They called into my regular pharmacy, but they are not open now and I told them specifically to call it into a different one that is open until 9 PM which they didn’t do and they are closing Live urgent care in 10 minutes and I need this prescription called in tonight so I can get medicine. So this was very frustrating for me.

Rush over with my child who got hurt at school. They care for him quick and thoroughly. Very happy with the care mu child received. Thank you for everything you did!

Easy scheduling, super clean and pleasant staff. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I would recommend.

The front desk staff and PA I saw were polite and friendly. The nurse however was abrupt and rude. Rushed through questions and acted bothered that I was there.

AFC in Clementon, NJ is wonderful! I took my child there and the staff was amazing from the front desk to the doctor. The medical assistant was wonderful with my son and made him relax while he was there.

Made an appointment and went there to find out you were closed.  If you were closed, I shouldn’t have been able to make an appointment online  it was even confirmed  Very upsetting

Great care, service and compassion given to my 10 year old having a major injury. Excellent care!!

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

My request for a specific day was received well and I got my preferred time. The young lady at check in was very polite and helpful all staff members were very polite though they were busy , I had a good experience and will recommend AFC Urgent Care Downingtown to others

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.
