My son had a fever. History of ear infections. I was not confident in the evaluation of the practitioner. Was not clear about diagnosing an ear infection. Stated no redness was noted. Ended up in the ER the same night with a clear diagnosis of a R ear infection. Not sure if they are not used to evaluating young children.

I had a pain in the lower my stomach.  Every one was friendly.  I really don’t like the check!  It is too complicated but I am old and can’t figure things out!  You receptionist helped me!

Waited over 2 hours to see the provider WITH an appointment. Nurse was friendly. Provider was great. She was quick, gentle, knowledgeable and kept apologizing for the wait. Check in lady was super slow, no sense of urgency.

Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

The staff did an amazing job even with complications from Hurricane Beryl. The wait was longer than usual but our visit was pleasant and everyone was kind.

Very ill - found could schedule appointment in hopes of no wait.  Symptoms were ugly so quick in & out was best.  Would go as needed again.  Although not sure was best antibiotics for me.
