I have been feeling sick with Flu/Covid like symptoms.  Walked in to Moderm MD and was welcomed by professional and friendly staff. I will most definitely recommend them for urgent health related issues.

Walked in and was seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Alterno was so knowledgeable and kind, and provided high quality care. The medical assistant was also very competent and sweet throughout the entire process. I left and headed to my pharmacy directly from the appointment and they had already sent my prescription allowing me to pick it up without waiting.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Was sick the whole night fever bodyache headache the works schedule online and completed paperwork online in and out staff was very friendly and nice and attentive.

It was incredibly easy. I was out of state and my husband was back home and not feeling well.  I was able to schedule the appointment for him online and complete his registration paperwork so that everything was ready for him.  It was great service.

Checking in and scheduling was a breeze. Unfortunately this location is understaffed because it took the Dr almost 3 hours to see me. Once they were in the exam room with me they were very kind and helped me with my health issue.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

Needed a physical for an upcoming physical test for a job. Called, went in same day. Quick, low cost. Highly recommend.

We went in sign in and in about couple minutes we were called. Very sweet friendly doctor is great. He knows his work.
