That was my first visit with my daughter and so far, so satisfying.

I went to my primary care doctor for a regular checkup and mentioned my ears were still bad.  She did not have the availability to syringe my ears so I went to Urgent Care.  The wait was acceptable and I was more than happy with the service provided.

Had been experiencing jaw pain for a few days and I knew I wouldn’t be able to see my dentist until at least Monday. I was hesitant to go urgent care on a Saturday, I assumed I’d be waiting forever and for jaw pain, they wouldn’t be able to do much. But actually, I reserved a spot online and they took me right away. The medical assistant and doctor were so nice, helped me as best as they could, and sent me home with a prescription that eased the pain tremendously the next day. I’d never been to this location before but I’m glad I made the trip and the next time I need to go to urgent care, I’ll be going here. Thank you everyone at AFC Piscataway !

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

I felt that Sherry, the NP I saw, was very thorough and thoughtful about my diagnosis and recommendations for treatment. Would definitely recommend Carbon Health and thank them for their services.

Was sick with an ongoing sinus infection which had gotten worse ,  I was able to get in see the dr. and he made sure I would have all the prescriptions to ease my symptoms and clear up the infections .  They took all the appropriate tests to rule out any other infections (Covid ,flu etc).  Fast , caring , thorough and thoughtful of my feelings .  The staff was friendly efficient and caring , would definitely use them again .
