Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

I did a walk in, and didn’t wait long before I saw a nurse. The exam room was nice and clean. I talked to a doctor virtually who was understanding and empathetic. He wanted to get me some antibiotics to start feeling better. I will definitely be going back if a similar situation occurs again. I would recommend them to anyone who might not be able to see their regular doctor.

Went to this walk-in clinic for a sore throat. The staff were very helpful and professional.  I would definitely go back again.

Everyone was very respectful, the doctor had bedside manner and spoke very clearly and explained everything and answered questions for me

Check in was easy because I made an appointment however I waited 50 minutes to be seen. Overall, the care and staff, were excellent. Very friendly and they answered all my questions with respect and care.

The team was very nice and helpful. I figured there would be a wait since I booked the appointment a few hours earlier and was happy I was able to be seen today.
