Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Walked in as a new patient - getting set up and scheduled to see a provider quickly was incredibly easy!!!

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

Easy to walk in - get a quick appointment- clean and easy snd everyone friendly. Nurse was fine - although ordered me blood tests and said (on a Friday) that since she’s not in until Monday would have to wait for her to call me to discuss them. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever- blood tests came back today (Saturday) and I see elevated issues - could be nothing of course or could require antibiotics or medication, but of course no way to reach anyone easily to ask.   So clearly a major gap in the service.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Felt like I had a sinus infection booked an appointment for the same day and was in and out in about a half hour with a prescription for my symptoms

This was just a follow up visit that I probably could have canceled because the care and medication that was prescribed did the job. But I thought it would be best to go and let the doctor know and make sure She agreed with my assessment

The staff was great and the doctor was very nice and really listened to what I had to say. Deffinelty will continue to go back there when I need to

The staff was wonderful. Very attentive and very helpful. They knew what they were doing. Didn’t have to wait long. Provider was very resourceful and great at explaining the steps for me to feel better. Overall a great experience. Front desk girls were amazing!
