I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Staff is always helpful and polite. Dr. B. Fahnrich is and amazing doctor. He has diagnosed conditions that primary care doctors can't.

The scheduling was a simple but out of the way, however i have no other complaints and everyone working there was very sweet and kind. I would recommend

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.
