I walked in an hour and a half before they close. I don’t think the mail technician was happy about it, but in the end he will still remain professional. The doctor was nice and the front clerk was wonderful.

Everyone is extremely professional and attentive to patient needs, care, and treatment.  They go above and beyond to provide the most appropriate treatment, and are very thorough to ensure all areas of concern are addressed to the child and families comfort and satisfaction. Every time I go to the Urgent Care for kids in Dallas in the Preston it’s the best service. They greet you right away when you come in and provide you with next steps. The wait time is not long. Once inside the staff continues the great service they hear my concerns for why I brought my child in.  They do all necessary checks for my child’s symptoms they are the best. Thank you.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
