I had to wait a while for my appt but everyone was amazing. Waiting is to be expected when they are trying to work walk ins in with the appts. They are trying to take care of everyone as best they can. The staff was great from scheduling, nurses, techs, and the doctor. Great job.

I live in Albuquerque and my experience here was awesome in comparison with the service I get at home at an urgent care. From short wait time to the attention I got from the nurses, tech and the doctor, I’m extremely grateful. Thank you!!

They ladies forgot about me, so I was waiting in the room for an hour.

I went in with what I assumed was ear and sinus infections. The staff was very kind and friendly. Without scheduling an appointment, my wait time was maybe 5-10 minutes after completion of paperwork and I was seen shortly after going to the exam room. The PA/NP was kind, friendly and thorough and had me on my way quickly with prescriptions sent to the pharmacy immediately.

I was hesitant in the beginning because I assumed I’d be rushed and not heard. I was quite surprised, the virtual visit was my first and I must admit that the physician’s and bedside manner was even better than any office visit I’ve had in years. Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
