Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

Nothing they are great I’m happy with the job they did respectful and nice help with questions I had and didn’t give me no attitude I will be going there or telling other people to go there when ever they get injured

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

I was a walk in with a cough. I was treated very good and I didn’t wait very long. The doctor was great! Very good experience, and definitely will use it again if needed.

Dr Wilcox and the staff were very nice and helpful. 10/10

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

I always have no issues when I go to the Greenvale Northwell health doctor is very friendly knowledgeable and seem to help me every time

My only complaint is that they were supposed to call a prescription in for me and they didn’t. I had to call today to have it called in.

Easy to get an appointment. Short waiting time to see doctor. She was confident and quick to identify my issue, how to care for it and what follow up was required. Will definitely return when necessary.

My son woke up with a sore throat. His PCP was available, but not for many hours. The physician at DOCS had availability. She was empathetic, thorough, knowledgeable and insightful.

Dr was awesome. Staff very nice as well. Super busy

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.

PA was attentive and explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He had a good bedside manner

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.
