When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time? The staff was watching myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that 9 AM time arrived ! Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person. Was dealing with a really sore throat and congestion for a day and woke up with it worse. Easily booked on line for 10 am appointment. Arrived 9:50. Wait time wasn't bad - about 30 mins. I think people without an appointment may have gone ahead of me but not sure. Staff very friendly. Nurse was excellent. Dr. Ross Beyer was excellent. Great bedside manner. Took time to explain to me. Would love for him to be my primary. Would definitely go here again.
