Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. My visit required a follow up later in the afternoon, which was botched up at each step. Different prescriptions were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy that never came over and by the time they did come over the pharmacy closed hours later. Then the prescription that was resent was the same one as earlier in the day and the insurance company refused to cover it obviously. Communication and follow through was horrible.

I will say, time and time again, this is my go to place for any kind of testing. I never have to wait, I usually schedule a day or two before and am often seen early due to no one being there. Staff and providers are super friendly, helpful, and extremely quick with what they need to do which allows for less time waiting in the exam rooms. Testing is also extremely fast, I have gotten tests before and then have heard back a day later. Will recommend to anyone looking for quick access to medical care.
