Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

I was bitten by a dog and met the staff and the PA, Erin. She was excellent, thorough, and compassionate. Thank you, Staff Members!

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

Been sick for a week. Went in for an appointment. Very easy to make an appointment. No wait time - which was awesome. Doctor and nurse were very nice and helpful. Had my diagnosis and scrip within 30 minutes and got to get on with my day. I will absolutely come here again.

The staff really looked out for me. You would not leave until numbers improved. I’ve never gone to an urgent care that has done that.

Went in for a visit yesterday with body aches, sore throat, cough, headache, and congestion. Waited 29 minutes was seen by PA-C John Davies and Stephanie Krejci FNP. They were very attentive and compassionate. The back staff of Alee, Jalyn, and Sean were also very supportive. Front desk Dakota and Brittney always make checking in as easy as possible. Had a scheduled appt , intake was fast and everyone was very nice and professional !

My wife was a walk in and she was signed in and seen within 10 minutes. She was diagnosed treated and meds called into our pharmacy. I would highly recommend this place. My family has been using it since it opened.

I’m still sick actually worse today chest congestion, sinus pressure but she basically said let it run it’s course after 50.00

My 3yo baby boy had been crying all morning telling us he has ear pain. We were all over the place looking for an urgent care that opens before 3pm (due to my baby crying in pain since 7am). Luckily Best Health Urgent Care& Clinic was the one we leaned on (regarding reviews& insurance). Best decision we made so far! We’ve tried at least 3 different urgent care facilities in our area with in the past yr& half and nether of them were to our liking. Thank you to the physician& the lady in the lady in the front.. who’s name I didn’t catch /: Highly recommend for children& parents!

I love using this place. They get me in and out quickly and the staff are very friendly. The doctors are very knowledgeable. I greatly trust their expertise.
