I’ve visited this urgent care several times with my newborn baby and each time seems to get increasingly better (specifically with doctor care). Location and hours are super convenient and the doctor (forgot her name) was the most helpful thus far (considering I’ve told his pediatrician and other urgent care doctors the same recurring problem and no help). My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
