Took a very long time got my daughter to be seen close to an hour? That’s my only complaint.

I didn’t have an appointment and was able to be seen within minutes of walking in.  The receptionist/nurse and the nurse practitioner were warm and friendly.  I recommend this clinic.

I visited because I’m allergic to poison ivy, so I had rash all around both eye, every thing when well, my only issue was that the doctor had roll me that my medicine was going to be ready in no more than 1hr this was at 10:00am, I went to the pharmacy to pick up at 6:00pm and was told that my prescription was barely submitted 30 min ago.

Second time to go with flu symptoms. I scheduled easily on line and staff were patient and efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a prescription called into my drugstore.

Easy online scheduling, got in right away and was taken care of.  Had a bad cough and congestion. Have used them several times and will use them again. Clean, professional and treated with care.

Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

The staff was well knowledgeable and caring. I appreciated their swift action for my visit possible solutions to my problem.

As usually, Kathy provided caring service and quick responses.  Will  go back if I am sick again! Very little wait time.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

I love how everything went smoothly! I was also made aware of everything that was happening and why, which I loved and appreciated. Honestly 10/10!

I recently visited NextCare Urgent Care in Conroe, Texas, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. This outstanding facility boasts an incredible staff and an amazing doctor who provided top-notch care. I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.
