Woke up for the third day straight with an earache. Around eight AM I tried to make an appointment, but nothing was available. I walked in and was told there would be a 40 minute to one hour wait. I was seen approximately three hours later.

The scheduling on line went pretty well. I did not have a SOLV account and I was a new member. Now it should go smoothly next time.

That they would answer the phone after being checked out for questions been calling no answer for 2 days. Customer service not the BEST!!!
