Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

The services was very professional even thought they were texting for Covid19

Took a bit longer than I expected. As a first timer, as usual you need to set up your account, and answer the usual 100 questions. The ladies at the front desk were polite & friendly enough. When the doctor came in, I was quite surprised he was not from another country. Checked me out, and sent me on my way very happy with the experience.

Dr Wilcox and the staff were very nice and helpful. 10/10

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Went in with a high fever, body aches, migraine, delirium, chest pain, weakness and hardship breathing. Staff never checked my temperature. My partner, Michael Quinn was also seen the same day for the same symptoms. The staff member he spoke to didn’t recognize the term pulmonary which is quite scary and concerning. For my partner, they only checked BP. No temp or pulse ox taken.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Great Customer service ! Thank you ! From the beginning to the end everyone was courteous and caring. I was there for a half hour. Will definitely recommend this clinic.

I do like the way they do it, is easier then another places.
