I had a slight infection and asthma DR.NATALIE BORTELL IS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR SHE TOOK HER TIME TO ASK ME QUESTIONS AND AND CHECK MY EARS HANDS MY BACK I HAD A COUPLE OFSCAES ON MY BACK AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE HER AS MY PERMEANT DOCTOR 😷

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Had a sinus infection and swollen tonsils.  I scheduled my appointment and I was seen fast. Staff was caring facility was very clean. The doctor was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She prescribed me the right type of medication I needed for my illness and I am starting to feel a lot better.
