This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

This is by far one of the best hospital experience I’ve had in this country ,  Great job guys

Walked in with my very sick daughter - no appt. Staff was super friendly and courteous. Wait time was minimal, intake was right away and dr came in not long after. Extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend any time!

It was easy to schedule my appointment. Everyone was polite and efficient

Samentha was very helpful and attentive, she was the main advocate on making sure my insurance coverage and process were taken care of. Very friendly and inviting, as I am new to the area, she for sure helped me feel comfortable and well taken care of. All scheduling and paperwork was completed ahead of time online very easy.

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

The nurse and the doctor were very friendly. Great bedside manner.

it was smooth and good, when i went in they attended to me one time and gave me what i needed and i feel better already

It was convenient to schedule the appointment. The wait time was considerable.   The most important aspect was that the facility was equipped with X-ray machines

Walked in May 3 or 4 patients were front of me. The waitingvm wasn’t long at all. Dr was spot on. I know my body and the medications were in line with my symptoms. Gave me on instructions of returning if necessary.  I would recommend Mordern MD; they are my go to medical care center, since most regular physicians appointments are booked weeks in advance.

I just walked in and was welcome! treated with respect, kindness, would recommend to everybody.

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

I had not been prescribed the antibiotics I needed in two visits to Summit and, as a result, was suffering through day six, repeat six! of a horrible upper respiratory tract infection that had me bedridden and getting worse. You gave me a rx for amox and now 24 hrs later I am vastly improved up and about. Thank you! It is not a coincidence- it is not that a virus ran its course - I was getting worse not better until you've me the rx.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone treated me with care and attentiveness. Its a wonderful establishment.

Easy to schedule, good customer service skills friendly staff and Doctor was great all and all that’s why I keep coming back and will always
