When I tell you how I battled to write this review.... I wanted this Diamond all to myself but that's not nice. Ladies and gentlemen and kids of all ages, this Live Urgent Care is EVERYTHING.... From the beautiful ladies at the front desk. To the AMAZING bedside mannerisms that, for me having severe anxiety, PTSD and ADHD meant the WORLD. Now, the CHERRY on top for me was the 5 star cleanliness as if you walked into Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, or Neman Marcus absolutely mind-blowing, especially for a germophobe like myself. Thank you ladies for such a fantastic experience and I will be back😘

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.  It was easy to make the appointment and there was barely a wait.

We did not get proper testing. Later on tested ourselves to find he has the flu. Called this am and this afternoon to see if they wanted to prescribe tamiflu and have not yet received a call back.

Very quick and efficient care. Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful.

Made an appointment for 12;40 was called in after 2pm. I was not a walk in, maybe 2 people ahead of me so I could not understand the wait. Just to check in I waited on line for over 20 minutes while the person checking in was filling out her forms sitting at the check in desk!

My son woke up with a sore throat. His PCP was available, but not for many hours. The physician at DOCS had availability. She was empathetic, thorough, knowledgeable and insightful.

Very professional staff. Dr explained everything and didn’t rush.

Great all around pediatric care! Easy booking, short wait time, friendly check-in assistance and nice and knowledgeable provider helped my little guy with his flu diagnosis. Thank you!

Had stubbed toe. Max the radiologist was friendly and informative and the doctor was terrific!

Had been experiencing jaw pain for a few days and I knew I wouldn’t be able to see my dentist until at least Monday. I was hesitant to go urgent care on a Saturday, I assumed I’d be waiting forever and for jaw pain, they wouldn’t be able to do much. But actually, I reserved a spot online and they took me right away. The medical assistant and doctor were so nice, helped me as best as they could, and sent me home with a prescription that eased the pain tremendously the next day. I’d never been to this location before but I’m glad I made the trip and the next time I need to go to urgent care, I’ll be going here. Thank you everyone at AFC Piscataway !

The entire staff was great , what a great experience

I was rejected due to my insurance.    Active duty military using tri-care  and was told they don’t accept it.  Sad

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Nice people - took good care of us and provided treatment and then prescriptions for the required meds. So glad they exist !!! Thank you
