The front desk staff and PA I saw were polite and friendly. The nurse however was abrupt and rude. Rushed through questions and acted bothered that I was there.

It’s not like your regular doctors office they are urgent care Some staff members are friendly, some are not. This is a field in which you must have compassion or get another job! I do believe some doctors lack medical training and are not sure or misdiagnose your condition Always revisit your PCP
