Son woke up screaming with ear pain while we were on vacation. Got the first appointment we could get to. We got there early and were seen before our appt time! The two ladies that helped us were great. My son was happy to be there until it was time to go back then he lost it. Both the intake and the attending were so patient with him, worked with him and me to provide care to him amidst his tears and protest. Neither lost patience with me or him.

The availability of scheduling the appointment was great. The ease was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. The practitioner was very nice & knowledgeable. I worked a full shift & upon picking up my son from the babysitter he had a deep cough & complained about his nose being sore. That's what prompted the visit.

I drove up and the parking lot was completely full. My thoughts were that there would be a long wait. Walked in and only a few people in the waiting room. I was checked in within 5 mnutes of my arrival. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The doctor came in within 5 minutes of my being put into a patient area. The doctor (whose name I do not remember and I have thrown away all paperwork) was extremely nice. He reminds me of the doctors that people remark, "He has such a good bedside manner." First impressions with patients really do matter. And he gave a very good first impression. He was professionally and friendly and an excellent communicator. He provided an ancedote on what I was experiencing. That really helped. I have been to this Patient First before and have taken a good friend there. Each time has been a good experience. The staff are nice and each doctor that I have seen is friendly and able to diagnosis the problem. I like this Patient First better than my Primary Care Physician and have even inquired as to using them as my PCP. I was in and out within 30 minutes and recommend them highly.
