I think I have found my new urgent care. It was so easy to schedule my appt, do paperwork and add all my insurance information on the website. The front desk worker was smiling, friendly and welcoming. My nurse was the same. The NP was great. Great bed side manner and explained everything very well. I did not feel rushed. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. What a great experience!

Everything went well, great staff. It was clean (office) and Dr was very professional.

Do not use Southern Immediate care if you want results or to be treated well. I visited this office twice and received no resolution, am still ill. Further, I was told that I would be referred to another doctor and instead was sent to an imaging clinic. And, lastly, you cannot reach a person by phone. Do not waste your money or time by visiting this office. Update: After 10 phone calls, my referral is in motion. Crystal is kind, knowledgeable and did her best to provide more context. Still very difficult to reach a person.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
