Very good experience altogether. Checking in for first visit through text was no problem. Staff was very efficient and very nice! I would definitely recommend.

Do not use Southern Immediate care if you want results or to be treated well. I visited this office twice and received no resolution, am still ill. Further, I was told that I would be referred to another doctor and instead was sent to an imaging clinic. And, lastly, you cannot reach a person by phone. Do not waste your money or time by visiting this office. Update: After 10 phone calls, my referral is in motion. Crystal is kind, knowledgeable and did her best to provide more context. Still very difficult to reach a person.

Everything went well, great staff. It was clean (office) and Dr was very professional.

When I entered the office, the receptionist was not welcoming/friendly while looking at me with a mouth full of food, no greeting or anything. Told her what the reason for the visit was and she pointed to the kiosk and said, ”check in over there”. She didn’t say anything when I left either. The other staff/nurses were great! Would definitely recommend

I had been sick for about a week and with terrible headache and my daughter came down sick so both of us went. NP Whitney had the best bedside manners. She listened to all of our symptoms not just the diagnosis. Make sure we were taken care of truly.  They contacted her and told her that my daughter‘s medicine was out of stock so she called me to let me know and that she would be calling her something different to get her started on her flu meds.  . She was just awesome ! SIC had really got a good passionate worker.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
