Your checkin paperwork is about the stupidest fucking thing I've ever dealt with in my life. making a sick person rewrite their name and date of birth five times on the same sheet of paper is so fucking ridiculous. Really what kind of dipshit is in charge of your forms over there they should be fired immediately for being a dumbass. Unless I'm literally dying and I don't have any other option I won't be back.

I came in with complaints about sore throat, stomach hurting, aches in chest, legs and feet and fever. The front staff located me in the system and allowed me to login . The best part is you never lose your place/time that you came in even though you’re filing out paperwork. I love that you are seen according to when you walked in. Had chills and was achy all over.  Tried to get in my usual urgent care but they were booked.  Got an appointment within 3 hours.  Arrived to full waiting room but was kept informed of my visit. When called walked into small room for vitals.  Very efficient. Saw NP within 5 min.  Had test results in 15 min.   Ver caring efficient staff
