Watertown urgent care - today a Young guy met me outside and asked me questions about symptoms for patient safety. Girl with glasses was cleaning the waiting room chairs and wiping down surfaces ! Nurse was knowledgeable and swift. Doctor was a very nice woman who made sure all my questions were answered. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend !!

Very impressed with the level of professional care, Very happy that this place is here at Northgate Revere MA easy to reach fast help for those in need without the grief of seeking out avail appointments with routine Dr office aggravation! This staff was pleasant and caring!  Peace of mind that the ER of a hospital is avoided along with the drama or cost! Knowing this place is open everyday is comforting again the staff is totally on point as to listen & even provided paperwork of the visit detailing amazing! P.A. I am always appreciative of the connivence this office offers.   Today I had a gentleman doctor and I thought although very upbeat and friendly, I was uncomfortable with the religious questions.  I personally believe there is a time and place, at this appointment was not it.  One, I didn’t feel well and the appointment should have stayed about that.  Two, he is  unaware of my circumstances and that was not the place.  I heard how he had converted, he asked me if I did, and it was very uncomfortable because again he had no idea of my circumstances A suggestion to possibly keep the appointment chatter on a lighter note. People coming in don’t feel well to begin with, any kind of heavy conversation may lead to some awkwardness (and it absolutely did).   Faith, and religion should be off the table for light conversation   Thank you.

Incredible experience! The ma working reception was great. The doctor was amazing, caring, responsive, and helpful! I will definitely be going back to this location in the future and think the staff members deserve praise! The ma who checked me before the dr was also very kind and cheerful. Check in was easy and I appreciated them redoing my drs note to have the verbiage needed by my job.

Woke up with a sore throat was able to get in super early. All staff were professional and friendly! Thanks!

Had stomach discomfort for 3 days so decided to try this clinic.  I was pleasantly surprised on all levels.  Many tests were taken and diagnosis given by the PA.  Would definitely recommend this location!

So happy for the convenience of this location! I’ve been there several times. Everyone is incredibly friendly!! The wait time is extremely good! I’ve never waited longer than five minutes. The care given is exceptional!! A+ in every way!!

Staff were very sweet and friendly and informative. The doctor even came out to my car to tell me the good news of my test results.
