          Had a bad cough for a couple days, went online found the best available time, scheduled the appointment and went there. They gave me the paperwork online so no wait once I arrived. They were very nice, listened to me and figured out what was wrong in less that 30 minutes!!! Staff is all amazing and the young lady who helped me in the pharmacy was so sweet!!!

          This place is so close to my home! I booked online and even submitted insurance info. I got an appointment immediately, was seen promptly, tested - for covid, examined, prescribed meds and released within an hour's time. The NP was great. She took her time with me, and was very 'caring'. The MA was great, also. This will be my place to receive urgent care in the future.

          That was my first time there it was very clean.the people were very nice.i like it cause it was not no long wait I got seen and taken care fast.the only thing is I didn't get the medican that was prescribed to me yet.i told them were to send it to and I haven't heard anything from were I told them to send my medican to.i thought I would get the medican today but I didn't.           Cough, fever and chills and I Showed up and was seen in less than 30 minutes.  Great staff from sign in to testing.  Doctor was very nice and thorough.   Expected to be there for hours but I was out the door in a very short time for a Saturday morning visit.

          I started feeling like I had a UTI and it was getting late in the evening. Springfield Urgent Care was open until 9 p.m., so I went there for the first time.  The staff were very friendly and understanding and I was in and out in an hour.  I would recommend them for your urgent care needs.
