I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

This was my first time at Little Spurs. Wait time was average but the customer service outweighed the wait. From staft to finish the ladies were extremely pleasant. The waiting room is nicely painted for a pediatric facility and I appreciated the TV with favorite animated movies playing. Had to schedule last minute. So glad there’s plenty of late availability. Love the ease of the app. I can upload all necessary documentation. Staff greeted me with a smile even though I had their last appointment of the day. Medical assistant was very pleasant and so was the nurse practitioner. Very thorough, great bedside manner. I have been using little spurs for whenever I cannot be seen at our pediatrician. My pediatrician has even said that they are highly recommended. Thank you so much!

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
