Very convenient for kids need a check up, but the wait was frustrating even when we’re the only patients at that time.

The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

They were closed. I booked two appointments online via Solv and got there just for them to be closed.

The facility is exceptionally clean. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but the doctor spent a lot of time with us so I understand the wait. We left satisfied that we had all of the meds and care we needed — thank you!
