I was to have a phone interview to follow up but I never got the call back. It didn't matter at all as I was well into recovery. For me, a non issue.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Excellent experiance. Ive been sick for over a month went to 2 other Drs and they were no help just suggested over the counter meds. I got progressivly worse then decided to try DOCS. The nurse practioner listened to me and evaluated me and got me diagnosed with antibiotics! I’m finally on the road to recovery! The receptionist was amazing as well! Great staff and great experiance! Very grateful!!

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

I just want to add that the Questionnaire had many questions that were not applicable.  Example what pronouns or gender do I identify with.

Had a D.O.T. Physical only ever employee was very Courtesy and professional I will definitely be back here again next year and I will always recommend people of this urgent care
