From the moment i walked in the door the staff went out of their way to provide us with the best care. The place was clean, all the staff was friendly and the nurse was so down to earth and helpful. Watertown urgent care - today a Young guy met me outside and asked me questions about symptoms for patient safety. Girl with glasses was cleaning the waiting room chairs and wiping down surfaces ! Nurse was knowledgeable and swift. Doctor was a very nice woman who made sure all my questions were answered. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend !!

So happy for the convenience of this location! I’ve been there several times. Everyone is incredibly friendly!! The wait time is extremely good! I’ve never waited longer than five minutes. The care given is exceptional!! A+ in every way!!
