Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Rooms and bathrooms not being cleaned fast enough. Room we went into floor was a bit dirty.  Security guard sat down and slept off and on.  Front desk workers looked ready to clock out. Light was off over their area.  They ran out of flu tests now we have to wait 5 days for a result. That is insane.  Please do better. And staff should be masked. All staff.

Everything was great with the check in & staff, other than the treatment, the medicine prescribed continued to dry my throat out more than it already was.

Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.
