Needed urgent care for an illness that was beginning to affect my breathing. It was very busy and there were only 4 staff members on site. No doubt why the waits were long. In spite of the staff shortage, I never felt they were rushing my care. Explained well everything they were doing. Turned out I had bacterial pneumonia. I had to wait longer than I expected ( about 1/2 hour) but only because a family of three signed in before me. But, it was worth the wait! The practitioner listened to me. She asked several questions about my symptoms and was able to diagnose me accurately. She prescribed an antibiotic for a sinus infection and suggested a decongestant for the fluid in my ears. I was feeling better in a few days!
