Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

Watertown urgent care - today a Young guy met me outside and asked me questions about symptoms for patient safety. Girl with glasses was cleaning the waiting room chairs and wiping down surfaces ! Nurse was knowledgeable and swift. Doctor was a very nice woman who made sure all my questions were answered. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend !!

With that said I have to say ReadyMED, Auburn is by far the BEST! I have been there 3 times in Auburn, unfortunately twice in a 24 hours period both times they were amazing. The morning shift 2/1 and the evening shift 2/2 you know who you are. Keep up the awesome work, its a tough job and you never get the credit you are due. Thank you for everything!!

I've had to visit urgent care for various ailments, and every time, I have received compassionate care. They take patients' safety seriously - as an immunocompromised patient, I've always felt secure about the cleanliness of the facility and the sanitary protocols are followed by staff well. Hopefully that won't change now that they've teamed up with UMass; UMass hospitals are a horror show, esp. Memorial in Worc. BIG MRSA problem there but they hide it from the patients!
