This is my favorite place to get urgent care for my kids! Always nice and courteous staff members, clinics have always been cleaned and they provide masks for everyone, even kids sized!

Best experience Ive had in a medical facility.. better than even going the the hospital for non-emergency care. Excellent wait time, you get to see a real Medical Doctor and they treat you like you were at a hospital.. taking blood pressure and etc. Awesome! The price is very reasonable too and especially for someone like me having to pay out of pocket since my insurance doesn't kick in until next month. Overall definitely would refer family and friends there first and foremost!!!

I always have very short wait times and the check-in process is straightforward. I have to go weekly for Covid testing and have never encountered any issues.

Very wonderful staff. Very kind and gentle. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Answers all my questions and concerns. Overall rating of 100. I wish they could be my primary care physician. Thank you all to all the staff. 4/2/21. HTTR!!

Robert Cook Bel Air: Before I moved to Bel Air I used several well regarded physicians & facilities. Robert Cook is 2nd to no one I've treated by. I've made quite a few trips to him with severe medical emergencies & he constantly turns me around & quickly. My first time at PM Pediatrics. Even though t walkin wait was about 1 and half hours, the staff was very accommodating and notify me when my turn is near. Nurse ( Michelle, I think) was super nice to my 8 year old to make him feel as comfortable as possible. Dr on duty was very nice and efficient too. Definitely will recommend.
