I got an appointment immediately, was seen promptly, tested - for covid, examined, prescribed meds and released within an hour's time. The NP was great. She took her time with me, and was very 'caring'. The MA was great, also. This will be my place to receive urgent care in the future.

On April 23, 2019 I was a patient at this Urgent Care and was treated by PA Beatrice. I was given the utmost professional care. After treatment, Beatrice encouraged me to go directly to the ER because my situation could have been life threatening. I was very sick, however I was fortunate my critical tests came out negative at the ER. Throughout the week Beatrice had called my to see how I was doing which I consider going above and beyond. Again, the employees at this Urgent Care were not just knowledgeable, but had a human side of truly caring for the patients. This gives me great confidence in Jackson about the health care at this Urgent Care facility.
