The wait was very long but, once I saw the doctor, he made me feel right at home and took care of my problem. I’m glad I went there. Thanks for all your care.

I can only speak for Dr. Bonnie cause she’s the only one I’ve seen each time there, however she is very personable, kind considerate & gets right to it. I’ve never had to wait long times like at other urgent cares. The whole staff is nice & works together well.

The doctor and nurse were great. However, their receptionist left a lot to be desired. Very abrupt and totally lacking people skills. She is dealing with people that are obviously very sick. A little kindness and compassion would certainly make the experience at least a little more pleasant.
