Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

I always have a pleasant experience at West Med. everyone was nice and accommodating.

The only reason why Im giving a 5 star in friendly staff is because of the nurse who assisted us. She was amazing specially with my son very friendly. The only friendly person that I saw.

Had bit of an issue yesterday, and decided to do an early morning walk in to urgent care today.. I was the first one at the door and was lucky to be seen right away. It was quick, and informative. Everyone was professional and very helpful..

The doctor was such a great guy Concerned and kind …very impressive  He’s a keeper!

For the past 4 days I’ve had a nasty cough that would cause headache, chest pain and back pain. I would be up half the night coughing. Finally I decided to go to the urgent care clinic and the provider prescribed me a cough medicine and antibiotics to take for 5 days.

I’ve chosen this urgent care center in the past because of the phenomenal quality of care I previously received. The NPs and doctors I saw before were exceptionally attentive, always going above and beyond to address my concerns. During my visit yesterday, the doctor I saw provided standard care, but I didn’t experience the same level of extra attention and thoroughness that the NPs and MDs in the past would consistently deliver. The front desk staff, however, was the most disappointing aspect of the visit. When I arrived, I greeted her, but her response was indifferent. She simply asked, with a poker face, “What can I help you with?” and pointed to instructions for registering posted on the glass window—instructions that weren’t immediately noticeable. There was no smile, no warmth, and no effort to assist further. I’m not sure what happened to the amazing staff who used to work here, but the level of care and service has clearly declined. I hope they can return to the high standards they once upheld, as this experience left much to be desired. But i would still comeback to this urgent care next time

The visited was very short and the place is very organized. The receptionist is very helpful and the doctor treated me as I entered the room.

I wasn’t feeling well since Friday but I made it to work Saturday but as the day went by I felt worse so I decided I was gonna go to the doctor I went to the urgent care on Utica avenue there’s was a couple people in there already I registered and in lest than 15 minutes I was call to the window and in a few seconds I was in to see the doctor they did my vital then the doctor came in after a minute or two, every one was very polite and showed genuine care i was so surprised the whole procedure was so smooth and the staff was extremely nice, my medicine was waiting at the pharmacy for me so I know I was going to feel better soon, i would recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs help fast, thanks guys.

I Has A Urine Burning Sensàtion For A Few Days I Was Able To Get Walk In Appointment Immediately. The Staff Wàs Polite, Professional & Caring. I Thank Them For Being Above Beyond Professional.

Been feeling sickly for a few days and honestly didn’t see myself going to get checked out, but I change my mind. The wait time considering how many people were there wasn’t long. The place had plenty of seats in the lobby, tissue’s and hand sanitizer to stay clean, and at one point I asked for a mask and was given one no problem. Then, when I got checked they were all polite and treated everyone I saw including I with care. I’m glad I stopped by, it was definitely worth it.
