Very short wait  Staff warm and friendly  Very clean facilities  Dr was amazing polite and professional. He treated me for the pain in my hand from carpal tunnel syndrome. I Highly recommend this urgent care on knickerbocker Ave in Bushwick Brooklyn

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

I was visiting with family from another state , woke up not feeling well with a new baby coming home from the hospital. Definitely needed to be seen to make sure I wasn’t contagious.  Googled urgent care facilities near me, walked in , filled out paperwork and was taken back immediately.  Staff weee extremely courteous and professional.  I was in and out before I knew it. The longest part was filling out the paperwork .  I would definitely recommend this provider!

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

I went to get blood work done for my job and everything was explained to me very clearly and in a way I could understand. The staff was very nice and check-in was easy .I would visit again

Professional and thorough. Great bedside manner. Less than 30 min wait time from walk in to being called to be seen by Dr.

Checking in and scheduling was a breeze. Unfortunately this location is understaffed because it took the Dr almost 3 hours to see me. Once they were in the exam room with me they were very kind and helped me with my health issue.

I was surprised to see that it didn't take me long to see the doctor.
