Easy walking appointment was easy as a doctor was friendly and did my Covid test quickly. They sent the results to me as soon as possible would definitely recommend this place.

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

PA was attentive and explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He had a good bedside manner

The facility was extremely well run and clean. I waited a short time after making my appointment online and the staff were all friendly and took care of my questions and concerns. I left feeling better already.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

As far as I could tell, there were 3 people working there(including doc), and 3 patients( including me). Everyone was treated respectfully, courteously, it was as efficient as possible as far as I could tell, clean, they offered water.  The doc seemed concerned, knowledgeable and efficient. There was a ton of on line checkin stuff that needed to be dealt with.  I'm horrible at that stuff!  One of the women working at the desk, who moments later was my tech, was very helpful getting me through the online check in.  I never could have done it myself. Hopefully the medicine the doctor  prescribed will work. They all did a nice and thourogh job as far as I could tell.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

It was easy to schedule an 8 AM appt I was at the door at 8 AM but the receptionist sat there looking at me while I stood outside in windchill temp of 7 The door wasn’t unlocked until 8:05  AM which is a lot when I am sick waiting in the cold
