From the time I was on the phone until when I showed up, everyone there was professional, friendly & very informative. Very pleasant atmosphere... and I like the music they play there. It is spacious and modern, very clean. I went for a covid rapid test. It was a breeze as the technician in no way tried to poke my eyes out, through my nose, during the test. They allow only a certain number of people in to comply with social distancing. As a seat opens, you may enter. A very positive experience.

Everyone is helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Kimberly the manager is very responsive. I called to check my test results and she took my number and called me back with the answer. I appreciate all the effort she made and hope all the locations be like the Newark location. All the best 👍

Usually do like service, but today not so much.. the doc basically told us our  padiatric primary doc instead of going into pm…strange
