Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

Receptionist was very nice and helpful while juggling a lot of waiting patients!

For the past 4 days I’ve had a nasty cough that would cause headache, chest pain and back pain. I would be up half the night coughing. Finally I decided to go to the urgent care clinic and the provider prescribed me a cough medicine and antibiotics to take for 5 days.

The doctor I saw for my visit was very professional and made sure I fully understood what I needed to know before leaving. I would recommend this provider to anyone else.

The visited was very short and the place is very organized. The receptionist is very helpful and the doctor treated me as I entered the room.

Had severe head cold for a few days. I finally went to modern Md did not schedule but walked in. I was seen fairly quickly, staff and care team were very courteous and helpful. Walked out with medication list and my mind at ease after tests were negative.

Smooth checkin. Dr was so helpful. Front desk found me a pharmacy open late! Great service!

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

I’ve chosen this urgent care center in the past because of the phenomenal quality of care I previously received. The NPs and doctors I saw before were exceptionally attentive, always going above and beyond to address my concerns. During my visit yesterday, the doctor I saw provided standard care, but I didn’t experience the same level of extra attention and thoroughness that the NPs and MDs in the past would consistently deliver. The front desk staff, however, was the most disappointing aspect of the visit. When I arrived, I greeted her, but her response was indifferent. She simply asked, with a poker face, “What can I help you with?” and pointed to instructions for registering posted on the glass window—instructions that weren’t immediately noticeable. There was no smile, no warmth, and no effort to assist further. I’m not sure what happened to the amazing staff who used to work here, but the level of care and service has clearly declined. I hope they can return to the high standards they once upheld, as this experience left much to be desired. But i would still comeback to this urgent care next time

We waited for over an hour to be seen with no valid reason given. Other patients had left so long ago yet the staff was in the back hidden. Even the receptionist was not in the front for over an hour.  If they were on lunch or break, they should've closed the office for the time they needed to have their break then reopen. Instead of having patients sit there for over an hour without and explanation.

My mom has a severe cough a day took her in. No schedule was made. Very polite staff. The receptionist helped with check-in and filling out all forms. Very helpful. Recommend to anyone feeling under the weather.

This was a positive experience from start to finish! Friendly & efficient staff, spotless facility, and knowledgeable nurse practitioner. Highly recommend this facility.

My experience was beyond my expectations for a mid afternoon, no pre appt. Booked.   I was seen, had tests done, saw the dr and left within an hour!  Dr. Udo is a brilliant gift.  She’s so professional, smart and listens to your needs and makes an assessment.  She’s awesome.   I’m forever grateful to the entire staff.  Thank you.

A most positive experience from ladies at desk to the nurse that took vitals and so carefully later wrapped my injury to the excellent and  kind and calm doctor who examined snd prescribed.  Never before in an urgent care facility have I felt this way!

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.
