WOKE THIS MORNIN NOT KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT N FAMILY FIRST PUT ME AT EASE, FROM TIME I ARRIVED TO TIME I DEPARTED MY APPOINTMENT

Walked in and was attended right away. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Office is clean and Dr. was very informational. I was in and out.

The front desk staff and PA I saw were polite and friendly. The nurse however was abrupt and rude. Rushed through questions and acted bothered that I was there.

I was able to book an appointment very easily. Problem is the wait. I was seen over an hour after. Why make people book appointments if walk-ins are taken before scheduled and registered patients.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

This was my first time at this location and I was very pleased with the results, I definitely will use and recommend this location again.

Needed a physical for an upcoming physical test for a job. Called, went in same day. Quick, low cost. Highly recommend.

I was visiting with family from another state , woke up not feeling well with a new baby coming home from the hospital. Definitely needed to be seen to make sure I wasn’t contagious.  Googled urgent care facilities near me, walked in , filled out paperwork and was taken back immediately.  Staff weee extremely courteous and professional.  I was in and out before I knew it. The longest part was filling out the paperwork .  I would definitely recommend this provider!

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.
