Came to the office on Sunday when my right eye was swollen, red and painfull and realized I had a red bumpy Rash on the bridge if my nose and it was painful under my glasses. Had headaches. Waited about 2hrs to see the staff. Staff was courteous, but it was a long wait to see the assistant and Dr. After giving symptoms to assistant, sge gave me an eye test naming the letters. The Dr. came in a few mins later for about 10 mins just looked at me and said I had shingles/herpes virus and it infected my eye and I need to see my eye Dr. Mon. Because it can cause blindness if not treated right away. She sent RX to my pharmacy and said goodbye.

As far as I could tell, there were 3 people working there(including doc), and 3 patients( including me). Everyone was treated respectfully, courteously, it was as efficient as possible as far as I could tell, clean, they offered water.  The doc seemed concerned, knowledgeable and efficient. There was a ton of on line checkin stuff that needed to be dealt with.  I'm horrible at that stuff!  One of the women working at the desk, who moments later was my tech, was very helpful getting me through the online check in.  I never could have done it myself. Hopefully the medicine the doctor  prescribed will work. They all did a nice and thourogh job as far as I could tell.

Eve thing ultra professional. Staff so helpful and friendly. Concerned about each patient and responsive to needs on an individual basis.

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.  Appreciate there are still remaining people working in the medical field who very much care and feel blessed to have their jobs.  Thank you will be recommending this facility and will return in need!

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

Very disappointed with the care I got. Wait time was yover hour half. When I finally got called in they were nice to me. They took my vitals then covid and strep test. Waited for results which were negative. After that they didn't provide anything for my cough or sore throat. They really didn't do anything for me at all. It was a waste of time and money that I will be charged. I will reach out to my Dr tomorrow for help.

Excellent experience. Staff, cleanliness, explanation of tests and treatment.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.
