First time going there and I must say the all around service was excellent.

I had not been prescribed the antibiotics I needed in two visits to Summit and, as a result, was suffering through day six, repeat six! of a horrible upper respiratory tract infection that had me bedridden and getting worse. You gave me a rx for amox and now 24 hrs later I am vastly improved up and about. Thank you! It is not a coincidence- it is not that a virus ran its course - I was getting worse not better until you've me the rx.

Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Excellent experience- thank you!

Wait time was great.  Bailey was so sweet, she took my vitals and swabbed for testing. Bailey is a fine example of who should be working in the field with sick people.  Dr. Was also very nice and informative, took time to listen.  Front desk staff were all very nice as well.

Called first. Little wait time. Got there and only waited 10 minutes to be seen. Everyone very helpful and professional.

It was easy to make an appointment and the staff was professional and efficient. The treatment was thorough and we left with proper prescriptions. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with this Urgent Care.

Though I made an appointment for the next day, I still had to wait 1-1/2 hours to be seen. I should be happy that I was able to get an appointment so soon, I didn't see the point of making one since I still had to wait so long.

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process.
